Saturday, March 30, 2013 / San Antonio

It's time you put your hands to work and get off that computer for a handmade bookbinding workshop. Have fun learning a classic bookbinding technique that you can use to make books for years to come.
This workshop will focus on the coptic stich, a method of sewing a sturdy book. You will walk out with your very own hard-cover, ready-to-use sketchbook. No experience necessary, we'll walk you through everything you need to know.
We'll supply the paper, boards, thread, glue, needles and breakfast. Please bring a ruler, exacto, bone folder and an awl if you have one.
