New “Financial Metrics” webinars for AIGA Members

Learn immediately applicable financial metrics for your design firm

This six-part webinar series, presented by David C. Baker, was developed especially for those at the Sustaining Member level and above who are principals, operations managers and controllers in design firms. This series will cover the essential “numbers side” of running a firm well.

Webinar attendees will learn how to construct financial statements properly, how to interpret them, how to avoid common reporting mistakes and how to understand the same event from the perspective of leverage, profit and cash. Sessions will include a detailed explanation of several dozen benchmarks, how you should work with your accounting firm, how to manage cash flow, how to measure utilization and how to fix any gaps that the analysis reveals. You’ll be able to immediately apply this information to your own numbers, while learning in a helpful webinar environment that you can access from anywhere.
